Over the past couple of years, Lanigan's Contracting has handled several projects for me, both inside and outside my home. They have produced quality work, on time and on budget. They show attention to fine detail and ensure that clean up is preformed to a very high standard. This company handles a diverse array of projects but should a particular situation be beyond their expertise, they are extremely helpful in finding a alternate source and they stay involved to ensure that the work is completed in a totally satisfactory manner.

I Was Referred to Connor by my friend Ron a fellow fire fighter. He said that he has used Connor and his crew for several jobs including his own houses as well as jobs for his clients from his construction firm. I was told he is able to find a small problem before it escalates and repair the issue, to large new house work including very large flat roofs as well shingles roofs. I called Connor and we talked about the job etc. I told him the sq. footage of a fairly small job 17 bundles to be installed on my garage roof. He came to see the job, and started within in a week. When the job wasfinished we went over the invoice and because I had given him extra sq. footage he reduced the price accordingly, very honest, after I asked him to look at another job for me, this one; a two story flat roof. He needed to complete a few other jobs before returning, but returned promptly. I saw the father and son team work extremely hard and safe, I had just installed new stucco and they tarped the entire side of the house without me having to ask. They had the professional equipment including tarps, gas power ladders, rope/pulley, torch/tanks, gloves, fire extinguisher, etc. There job went swift and clean. I had watched Connor use the torch and it was a safeand fast process he used. They cleaned the job with not a speck around and he showed me the work, very professional. I will definitely be using them him on the next project, we appreciated his work.

Upon completion of their tasks, all debris was removed and the areas where they worked were left clean. They arrive on time, worked very hard and never used profane language.
